A few months ago I did a pro-bono intervention on a crackhead (great guy, seriously) and then went to the White House to talk to the Domestic Policy Council. Basically, the guys who run the earth. They wanted my opinion on treatment and prevention techniques that the government might employ to help with the addiction problem in America. Particularly the prescription pill abuse problem.
I started with two suggestions:
1. The war on drugs doesn’t work; stop it.
2. The problem begins with the word prescription. Look to the doctors and how they prescribe.
I’m so glad to see that you overwhelmingly support my position.
