I’ve attended many behavioral health trainings over the last several years. In the first 10 minutes of Earl’s intervention training, I found more usable information than in all the others combined. Recently I’ve fully incorporated everything I learned from the training. The result is that my interventions now run more smoothly and take out a lot of room for error. I’d suggest that anyone serious about becoming an interventionist attend and fully take advantage of personal interaction with Earl and Zan- the learning doesn’t stop when the training is over.
