I’ve talked before about my involvement with the National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP). With over 2,900 drug courts across the United States and 22 foreign countries, NADCP oversaw the transfer of over 140,000 non-violent drug offenders from jail to treatment in 2013 alone! As an abstinence-based organization, they stand as a beacon of hope in the public sector reducing crime, restoring families and saving lives.
What many don’t know is that they are also opening Veterans Treatment Courts as fast as they can to serve this population of young servicemen and women who desperately need our help. Go to ALLRISE.ORG and help. Tell them I sent you. They’ll work with you anyway.
